Mr. Wood has held a number of leadership roles within the engineering department of organisations. He specialises in building, growing and coaching both cross-functional and siloed engineering teams as well as led departments.

Mr. Wood has managed multi-corporation mergers and migrations both in SMB and enterprise environments. Special focus on ensuring on time delivery, stakeholder management as well as reduction in developer and business cognitive loads. Businesses are in good hands when Mr. Wood is working on a migration or merger.

Mr. Wood has developed both singularly and within teams a number of proprietary software systems and tools. These range from bespoke DSLs, HVAC control systems and architected a number of large scale micro serviced applications within the asset management and consumer application space.

Mr. Wood has been providing custom business consulting to a number of private clients for over a decade. He has experience in a variety of industries but mainly focuses on FinTech, Consumer Tech and Renewable Energy.
