I had the opportunity to work with Mark while we were rejuvenating and redefining our SRE and DevOps practices. Mark was the driving force in restructuring the team, giving it direction, and restoring the velocity of automation and innovation we needed from the group. From a technical perspective Mark was very knowledgeable in all our cloud environments (GCP and AWS) and drove us to implement several lasting solutions. Under his watch we substantially improved our repository management, CICD pipelines, and automation of several developer pain-points. Mark oversaw numerous large-scale migrations, including a migration to GCP and various org code repository consolidations. You're in good hands with Mark leading a project or system change.

We are a managed service provider in Calgary but have clients in the Vancouver area that require some fairly regular hands-on maintenance. Mr. Wood and his team have absolutely knocked it out of the park with everything we've asked of them to do.
